Contractors and suppliers had no efficient way to know who pulled a permit, where, and for what. We built a platform that continuously indexes permit filings across Massachusetts into a searchable, filterable sales feed, delivered as daily alerts or pay-per-record CSV export with Stripe checkout.

Mass Home Comfort
Homeowners had no single place to find a trusted contractor. We collected and structured data on thousands of contractors across a dozen trades, with ratings and location, and built the directory around finding the right pro in any of the state's 351 towns, by browsing or sending one request to matched contractors.

A storm-door installer needed a site that converts and a back office that keeps up. We redesigned and optimized the site with an instant cost calculator and quote capture, then automated the lead handling behind it: calls, texts, and form submissions collected, processed, and routed into the CRM.

Scheduling Optimization Engine
Some scheduling problems break spreadsheets. We built a custom constraint-scheduling engine in Python with NetworkX on AWS Lambda that solves six interacting constraints at once: regulatory zones, spatial separation, permit lead times, sequential block completion, business-day rules, and crew specialization, across thousands of sites and a multi-year timeline.
